NEW YORK (AP) - Police say a 53-year-old cyclist is dead after he was hit by a car in Queens.
The accident happened just before 9 a.m. Friday at 120th Avenue and 228th Street in Cambria Heights.
Police say William Faison was riding a bicycle when he was struck by a Kia sedan. He was taken to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Kia was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlicensed driving. She was identified as 26-year-old Tiffany Moore.
No information on an attorney for Moore was available.
