NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - North Charleston police are investigating the shooting death of a man who was sleeping in his home.

Police spokesman Spencer Pryor says officers arrived around 5 a.m. Friday.

Pryor says the man was sleeping on a couch in the home when someone fired into the home. He died at the scene.



The man’s name has not been released.

No arrests have been reported.
