MILWAUKEE (AP) - Family members say the man killed in an industrial accident in Milwaukee was the father of three children.

Authorities say 38-year-old Stephen Rauth was checking on an equipment malfunction at the NUVO plant early Thursday and was later found pinned under the machine.

NUVO is a cement and construction business on the city’s southside. Manager Nicholas Rivecca tells WTMJ-TV (https://bit.ly/1nvd5vr ) that Rauth died during a rare overnight shift scheduled to keep up with orders.

A memorial fund for Rauth’s family has been set up at Citizens Bank of Mukwonago. His children are ages 11, 7 and 2.
