Toddler injured in Town of Menasha has died

MENASHA, Wis. (AP) - Police say a 3-year-old girl injured last week in the Town of Menasha has died.

An autopsy Thursday could determine the toddler’s cause of death. The 26-year-old man who called 911 May 14 said the girl fell down some stairs and suffered a seizure. Town of Menasha Police Officer Jason Weber tells Post-Crescent Media (https://post.cr/1jXH8b7 ) the girl died at Children’s Hospital in metro Milwaukee on Wednesday.

The man who called 911 is in the Winnebago County Jail on a probation hold.
