VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - The 17-year-old accused of setting the fire that destroyed Crestline Elementary School in Vancouver can remain living with his parents while he awaits trial.

Dylan Mork appeared Thursday in Clark County Juvenile Court, and the prosecutor said he had been cooperating with police and prosecutors. Mork will be arraigned June 26 on a charge of second-degree arson.

The three-alarm fire on Feb. 3 destroyed the school and displaced 500 students.



The Columbian reports (https://bit.ly/1sZoQf5 ) the cost of the fire will reach $22 million by September when a replacement school is scheduled to open.
