GILLSVILLE, Ga. (AP) - Hall County authorities have recovered the body of a teenage boy who drowned in the Cedar Creek Reservoir.

Hall County Fire Services Chief David Kimbrell tells The Times of Gainesville (https://bit.ly/1k8Q6Y0 ) the boy was reported missing Thursday afternoon and was found about 100 feet from the reservoir’s edge in water that was 28 feet deep.

The boy’s identity hasn’t been released.
