BETHEL, Alaska (AP) - The Bethel City Council is scheduled to review candidates wanting to be the interim city manager.

KYUK reports (https://is.gd/5NU3RZ) the council will meet Wednesday evening to review candidates for the position that became open when the former manager, Lee Foley, was fired last week.

The council also is expected to address a plan to hire a permanent city manager, and will consider an outside firm to conduct recruiting.
