Tulane at Edgewater Mall to offer new degree

BILOXI, Miss. (AP) - A master of liberal arts degree is now available at Tulane University’s Mississippi Coast campus in Edgewater Mall.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1hZCTfz) registration for the summer semester is open, and students who enroll will receive a one-time, 50 percent tuition reduction for participating in the inaugural program.

The two MLA classes offered this summer will be The Golden Age of New Orleans Theater and Great Film Composers. Students must hold a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
