HOOVER, Ala. (AP) - Hoover police said an elderly driver struck and killed a construction worker on Interstate 459.
WBMA-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1mmMSi9 ) the accident early Friday morning occurred between Highway 150 and U.S. 31 Authorities identified the victim as 59-year-old Randy Keith Berry of Cullman. He was working on a repaving project.
Authorities have questioned the driver. Prosecutors will determine whether to file charges.
