PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Gas prices are down slightly in Rhode Island.
AAA Southern New England says its weekly survey shows gas prices fell a penny from last week to $3.69 per gallon.
That’s still 4 cents more than the national average of $3.65 per gallon.
It’s also 12 cents more than last year at this time, when the average price was $3.57 per gallon.
