BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Police in Bismarck say two people are facing charges for endangering a 7-week-old baby by smoking marijuana in a hotel room.
The Bismarck Tribune (https://bit.ly/1nfqUxU ) reports 22-year-old Kodie Lee Geiser and 22-year-old Bailey Abbott have been charged with endangerment of a child, possession of drug paraphernalia and ingesting a controlled substance. Abbott was also charged with possession of marijuana.
Police Sgt. Mark Buschena says officers responded to the hotel after they received a report of an odor of marijuana. Officers then obtained a search warrant for the room.
The newspaper reports court documents list Geiser as the renter. Records show Geiser and Abbott admitted to smoking marijuana in the room that was also inhabited by their 7-week-old.
