BELLEVUE, Wash. (AP) - Fire has damaged a large Bellevue home that was for sale for about $2 million.

The fire broke out about 12:30 a.m. Monday on the back side of the three-story house and spread up to the top floor and roof.

There was no one inside and no one was seriously injured.

One firefighter fell through a ceiling. Battalion Chief Marty LaFave says he held on to his hose to break his fall. He was treated at the scene.

The home reportedly is not a total loss because the fire did not burn the first and second floors.
