CHOCTAW, Okla. (AP) - Authorities say three people were killed in a head-on collision in Choctaw.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office says the wreck occurred Monday afternoon on Northeast 23rd Street. Authorities say a vehicle driven by 82-year-old Gene Pruett crossed the center line and crashed into a car driven by 40-year-old Chad Condrey.

The sheriff’s office says Pruett and Condrey died in the crash, along with Pruett’s wife, 70-year-old Deloris Pruett.

A passenger in Condrey’s vehicle was injured and is in critical condition at OU Medical Center.

Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the crash.
