HELENA, Mont. (AP) - The Montana Highway Patrol says a 19-year-old man died in a single-vehicle crash near Helena.

Patrol officials say the unidentified man overcorrected after swerving to avoid debris on the road Friday night. He lost control of the pickup truck and it rolled at least once.

The Billings Gazette reports (bit.ly/1qLEleI) the man was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the truck.

The man was alone in the vehicle.

He died after being transported to St. Peter’s Hospital.
