GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - College students in North Dakota say they’ve chartered a statewide group to connect young Democrats.
The University Democrats of North Dakota say they want to “provide students with the tools necessary to lead Democrats to victory in North Dakota.”
The organization is made up of students from the University of North Dakota, North Dakota State University, Dickinson State University and the University of Mary. The group says their charter has been approved by the College Democrats of America.
In news release Saturday the group said it will partner with the North Dakota Democratic-Nonpartisan League Party.
