YORK, Neb. (AP) - A 29-year-old Gresham man has lost his probation and been sent to prison.

The York News-Times says (https://bit.ly/1k7T0fh ) Joseph Stoll was given 15 to 30 months behind bars after his probation was revoked earlier this week. Prosecutors say Stoll hadn’t abided by the terms of his probation.

In May last year, Stoll was given three years of probation after pleading no contest to unauthorized use of a financial transaction device. Prosecutors say Stoll and others used a gas credit card that was stolen from United Farmers Cooperative.
