GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) - Anne Arundel County Police have charged a man with second-degree murder after a woman was found stabbed in a medical office building.
Twenty-five-year-old Joseph Patrick Soule of Pasadena was arrested Friday and charged with killing 43-year-old Christie Lynn Pelland of Pasadena.
Police say an employee found Pelland’s body in a gynecologist’s office in the Medical Arts Centre of Glen Burnie Monday morning. Pelland had been stabbed multiple times.
Investigators say Soule and Pelland knew each other and were involved in the drug trade.
