TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - The state Supreme Court will reprimand a Tampa Bay-area judge who was arrested for drunk driving.

The court issued an order Thursday for Hillsborough County Judge Tracy Sheehan to appear before the justices for the reprimand.

Sheehan was arrested in July after police said she was driving erratically. Two breath tests taken at the jail showed her blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

It was Sheehan’s first DUI charge and she took responsibility for her action.
