MUSTANG, Okla. (AP) - Authorities say a 15-year-old student at Mustang High School has been arrested for allegedly threatening to harm students at the school.

Mustang Public Schools Superintendent Sean McDaniel told parents in a letter that the student allegedly threatened to hurt himself and other students on the last day of school. According to McDaniel, the school contacted the boy’s parents then notified police.

Mustang police said the threat was credible and arrested the boy Wednesday on a complaint of planning or endeavoring to commit a violent act.
