PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A man accused of hitting a TriMet bus driver in December in a dispute over the fare pleaded guilty in a plea deal this week in Multnomah County court.

KATU reports (https://bit.ly/1sRD0AD) Daemon Lamarr Bowman was sentenced to three years on probation. He also was ordered to pay a $200 fine, take an anger management class, complete community service and stay off TriMet for a year.

At a plea hearing Bowman asked how he was supposed to get to community service if he couldn’t ride the bus.
