Iowa toddler dies after falling from motorcycle

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) - A 2-year-old boy has died after falling from a motorcycle in eastern Iowa.

Johnson County Sheriff Lonny Pulkrabek says Abraham J. Harris was riding a motorcycle with his 11-year-old brother on Sunday when he fell. He suffered head injuries and was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Pulkrabek tells the Iowa City Press-Citizen (https://icp-c.com/1iNbnkO ) that Abraham was not wearing a helmet at the time of the fall.

No adult witnessed the fall. Pulkrabek says no criminal charges are anticipated at this time.
