FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A Fargo woman charged with manslaughter and making false reports in her boyfriend’s death has pleaded not guilty.
WDAY-TV (https://bit.ly/1mZ8pxH ) reports that 21-year-old Olivia Anderson entered her plea Wednesday.
Prosecutors say 22-year-old Dyraughn Rutues jumped on the hood of a car during an argument with Anderson in March and hung on for a block until his girlfriend slammed on the brakes.
The prosecution says Rutues fell off the hood and hit his head on the pavement.
Authorities have said Anderson faces the false information charge because she initially told law enforcement that she didn’t know what had happened to Rutues.
