BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Bismarck police say a man who detectives had questioned regarding an armed robbery at a pharmacy has been released because of insufficient evidence.
Officers responded to The Medicine Shoppe around 10:15 a.m. Monday after receiving calls about a man threatening an employee with a knife. The man fled on foot into a nearby apartment building but was arrested after leaving the building.
It was not immediately clear if the suspect took anything from the drug store.
The suspect is described as a male, 5 foot 10 inches tall, wearing a light-colored sweatshirt, cap, sunglasses and a mask.
