NORMAN, Okla. (AP) - The Storm Prediction Center says severe weather is possible extending from Texas to Kansas.

Forecasters say thunderstorms are expected to develop along a dryline from west-central Kansas southward to the Texas Panhandle.

Storms could produce large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes, particularly across central Kansas.

The National Weather Service in Norman, Oklahoma, says a tornado watch has been issued for several northwestern counties through 10 p.m. Sunday. The counties are Beaver, Ellis, Harper, Woods and Woodward.
