JUNCTION CITY, Ark. (AP) - Union County authorities say a missing 81-year-old El Dorado man has been found dead near Junction City.
The sheriff’s office says the body of Juan Sandoval was found in a wooded area just outside the town along the Arkansas-Louisiana state line about 15 miles south of El Dorado. The El Dorado News-Times reports (https://bit.ly/1maSj5w ) that the body was found Friday after a logging crew discovered Sandoval’s vehicle.
Authorities had been searching for Sandoval since Thursday afternoon. A suspected cause of death was not released, but authorities say foul play is not suspected.
