AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Police say a body discovered in a Pontiac Grand Prix near Atlanta is that of a missing Auburn, Alabama man.

Authorities say 25-year-old Tyshunn Raheem McCray has been missing since May 1. His body was found Wednesday in Clayton County, just south of Atlanta.

The Opelika-Auburn News reports (https://bit.ly/1oBA88B) that the death is being investigated as a homicide. Auburn police; Clayton County police; and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are looking into the circumstances.



Auburn police said in a statement that they’re asking anyone with information on the case to contact authorities.

Few other details were immediately available.
