BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - New projects on Lake Champlain’s waterfront could be starting in the Vermont city of Burlington soon.
Parks and Recreation Director Jesse Bridges tells the Burlington Free Press (https://bfpne.ws/1gVS2yq) that the city could begin working on lighting and infrastructure improvement as soon as the fall.
Mayor Miro Weinberger says the city will work on the Waterfront Access North project over the summer and fall as well as make changes to the bike path.
But the largest project, which involves revamping and renovating the Moran Plant to include a restaurant and small craft beer brewery, will take at least a few years to be finished.
