LIBERTY, Miss. (AP) - A Bude man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty in the death of a woman last summer.
The Enterprise-Journal reports (https://bit.ly/1fJGLoq ) that 26-year-old Matthew Wayne Moore pleaded guilty to manslaughter Tuesday in Amite County Circuit Court. His trial had been scheduled for May 13.
Prosecutors say Moore was given credit for the less than one year he had been in the Amite County Jail.
