FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Convicted rapists would not have parental visitation rights under a bill that overwhelmingly passed the Kentucky House on Friday.

At least 20 other states have similar laws, according to state Rep. Dennis Keene, D-Wilder.

The House approved the bill 92-0. The bill now heads to the state Senate.
