WOODSTOCK, Ill. (AP) - Authorities say one person has died after a house fire in the far-northern Chicago suburb of Woodstock.
Officials say Thursday’s fire was reported around 7:30 p.m. and the only occupant of the home was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities haven’t released the person’s name or age.
Woodstock is about 50 miles north of Chicago, near the Wisconsin border.
