Spokane sex offender accused of exposing himself

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - The sex offender accused of exposing himself to a 16-year-old girl at a Spokane bus plaza had recently been released from jail for exposing himself last fall in Spokane.

Billy Ogan was arrested Monday and ordered held in jail Tuesday until his trial, with bail set at $30,000.
