ST. LOUIS (AP) - A fire in a St. Louis high-rise apartment complex was put out before it could cause significant damage.

The fire at a complex in the city’s Central West End was reported just after 6 a.m. Tuesday. Fire officials told KMOV-TV (https://bit.ly/1fEtlnK ) that the blaze on the 14th floor was extinguished by the sprinkler system. No one was hurt.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
