PETERSBURG, Alaska (AP) - The superintendent of schools in Valdez has a new job.
Lisa Stroh has accepted the superintendent’s position in Petersburg.
KFSK reports (https://is.gd/lPruBL) Stroh’s first day on the job will be July 1. She’s been hired on a three-year contract with a starting salary of nearly $123,000.
She will replace Superintendent Rob Thomason, who has announced his retirement. He will work with Stroh through the transition.
