FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) - Coconino County authorities say a jail inmate found dead of an apparent suicide was a 39-year-old defendant in a misdemeanor trespassing case.
The Sheriff’s Office says Alvin Franklin apparently hung himself with a bed sheet while in his one-inmate cell. He was found early Sunday during a security check.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, no foul play is suspected.
