CLAYMONT, Del. (AP) - New Castle County Police have arrested a teenager during a traffic stop after they say a gun, marijuana and foreign currency were found.

Officers stopped the vehicle about 11 p.m. Sunday in Claymont. Police say a loaded handgun, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found.

Police also said 6,575,000 Iraqi dinars, worth about $5,646, were also found. Authorized seized the currency as suspected drug proceeds.



The 17-year-old male was charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited juvenile, possession of marijuana and other offenses.
