WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have charged a Wilmington man with three bank robberies.

Troopers arrested 49-year-old Raymond Sawyer on Friday. He has been charged with three counts of robbery.

Police say Sawyer robbed a PNC Bank in Greenville on Jan. 15; a PNC Bank in Claymont of March 14, and an Artisans Bank in Wilmington on March 20.

Troopers said in a news release that in each crime, a man gave a teller a note demanding money, got cash and ran away.
