TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities have arrested two more suspects in a deadly home invasion near Tucson.
Pima County Sheriff’s officials say 18-year-old Forrest Lupercio and a 16-year-old boy both are being held on suspicion of first-degree murder.
They say 20-year-old Osvaldo Carrillo-Valenzuela and a 17-year-old boy were arrested Sunday on suspicion of first-degree murder because someone died during a crime.
Authorities say a neighbor and 26-year-old Luis Antonio Lupercio exchanged gunfire early Saturday outside the home southwest of Tucson.
Deputies unsuccessfully tried to perform life-saving measures on Lupercio.
Authorities say the neighbor acted in self-defense and won’t be charged with a crime.
It was unclear Mondat if any of the four suspects in custody have lawyers yet.
