HOUSTON (AP) - Houston fire authorities say all 24 units in an apartment complex have sustained damage during a pre-dawn fire that reached two alarms.
No one was hurt but part of the structure in west Houston collapsed.
Fire officials say they received a call Monday just after 5 a.m. about the blaze at the Woodlake Oaks Apartments. It was declared out about two hours later.
Residents say the blaze appeared to start on the third floor and quickly spread.
Cause of the fire is under investigation.
