CALDWELL, Texas (AP) - Students at an elementary school in the small Texas town of Caldwell will be temporarily relocated after mold and mildew were found there.

The Bryan College-Station Eagle (https://bit.ly/1rEEZbU ) reports that officials said Wednesday that students and staff at Caldwell Elementary School will be relocated to area churches while crews work to remove the mold and mildew. Classes will be canceled Monday and Tuesday as staffers prepare for the move.

Superintendent Janet Cummings said in a letter to parents that the relocation was a “precautionary measure.”

Caldwell, with a population of about 3,400, is located about 30 miles west of College Station.
