WASHINGTON (AP) - The District of Columbia’s representative in Congress, Eleanor Holmes Norton, is celebrating Women’s History Month by moderating a panel at charter school in northwest Washington.

Thursday’s panel at the Washington Math and Science Public Charter School will feature meteorologist Veronica Johnson and Kathleen Penney, the vice president of the engineering company CH2M Hill.

Norton was elected in 1990 and is serving her 12th term representing the city.
