HELENA, Mont. (AP) - A 16-year-old Capital High School student in Helena has been charged with two counts of felony intimidation after Helena schools received three bomb threats.
The Independent Record reports (https://bit.ly/1i03ppz) the boy was charged Wednesday in youth court in Lewis and Clark County.
Police say the boy told investigators he collaborated with a 14-year-old boy from Dublin, Calif., to call in two of the three bomb threats made last week.
Court documents say bomb threats were made March 17 against Capital High School, March 19 against elementary schools, and March 21 against all the schools. The threat on March 21 led to the evacuation of 9,000 students and staff and the cancellation of classes.
No explosives were found.
