KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) - An April 23 trial date has been set for a Chiloquin man accused of going on a burglary spree before a lengthy standoff with police.
The Klamath Falls Herald and News reports (https://is.gd/ftrTXM ) 22-year-old Cylise Atchley was arrested Feb. 28 after spending about 10 hours hiding out inside and beneath an unoccupied single-wide trailer.
Police say Atchley broke into at least four homes Feb. 27. He allegedly shot at one of his victims after being confronted. The alleged victim returned fire. No one was injured.
Atchley has pleaded not guilty to charges of burglary, vehicle theft, aggravated theft and attempting to elude law enforcement.
