PEORIA, Ariz. (AP) - A man and woman have been arrested in Peoria as part of a police investigation into the sales of crystal meth.

Police say detectives served search warrants Monday at the Peoria homes of 55-year-old Michael Gardner and 57-year-old Colleen Boykin.

Detectives reported finding several ounces of crystal meth, marijuana, digital scales, other drug paraphernalia and a weapon.

Gardner and Boykin have been booked into jail on suspicion of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of marijuana, possession of a weapon with drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police didn’t immediately know Tuesday if either Gardner and Boykin has an attorney yet.
