REDFIELD, S.D. (AP) - The president of the South Dakota State’s Attorneys Association has lost his driver’s license for 30 days after pleading guilty to driving drunk.

Spink County State’s Attorney Victor Fischbach also has been ordered to pay $629 in fines and fees.

A state Highway Patrol trooper arrested Fischbach on March 9. The 43-year-old prosecutor pleaded guilty last Thursday.
