NEWPORT, Ark. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a Jackson County woman who’s been missing for more than a month.

Sheriff David Lucas told The Batesville Daily Guard (https://bit.ly/1fejN3J ) that Tasha Marie Garner has not been seen since Feb. 18.

Lucas says Garner was last seen at a bus station in Jonesboro and was going to Gassville for the funeral of her mother - but never arrived and has had no contact with her family.

Garner is described as white, about 5-feet-5-inches tall and 225 pounds with black hair and blue eyes.
