ALBANY, Ore. (AP) - An Albany, Ore., man pleaded guilty to sexually abusing an adolescent girl and was sentenced to 2 ½ years in prison.
The Albany Democrat-Herald reports (https://is.gd/SDVNxf ) 43-year-old Rogelio Torres-Nunez accepted a plea agreement Monday in which four of seven counts were dismissed.
Torres-Nunez will be on probation following his release.
