PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Rhode Islanders are paying the same for a gallon of gas as they were a week ago.
AAA Southern New England announced Monday that the cost of a gallon of self-serve, regular remains unchanged from a week ago at $3.60. That’s 7 cents per gallon higher than the national average.
In-state prices are still 8 cents per gallon higher than a month ago, but 14 cents lower than a year at ago at this time.
AAA found self-serve, regular selling for as low as $3.50 per gallon and as high as $3.70.
