PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police have confirmed that the body of a woman found in a Philadelphia river last week is that of a missing woman from Upper Darby.

WPVI-TV (https://bit.ly/1eH2OKP) reports that 21-year-old Fatima Rahman disappeared from her home and had been missing since Jan. 2. Her body was discovered Wednesday in the Schuylkill River near downtown Philadelphia.

Her family said she suffered from schizophrenia and did not have her medications with her.

Investigators said there are no signs of foul play.
