GUTHRIE, Okla. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a 15-year-old boy who died in a house fire in Guthrie.

Investigators say Terick Jackson died after apparently being trapped on the second floor of the home after the fire began early Saturday.

Jackson’s mother and a younger brother were able to escape the burning home.



The state Fire Marshal’s Office has been asked to help determine the cause of the fire.
