BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Fire investigators in Billings say they plan to stay at the scene of a large fire that destroyed three buildings so they can bring in an excavator.

Billings Fire Department Battalion Chief Terry Larson tells the Billings Gazette (https://bit.ly/1kVfRcR) that fire officials will work through Sunday.

Firefighters responded about 8 p.m. Friday to the fire at First Avenue South and South 33rd Street at a business called JP Enterprises Indoor Auto Auction & Sales.

Larson says the fire remains under investigation and a cause hasn’t been determined. No injuries have been reported.

A damage estimate hasn’t been released.
